Emissions of particulates (primary PM10) and particulate precursors (SO2, NOX and NH3), and emissions of the precursors of ground-level ozone (NOX, NMVOC, CO and CH4), and emissions of acidifying (SO2, NOX and NH3) and eutrophying gases (NOX and NH3) are all serious air pollutants. The collective has been sculpted to consider only carbon emissions as the content of required air pollution prevention, while all of the above are causing very serious levels of environmental contamination.

More than 100 million people in the pan-European region still do not have access to safe drinking water and adequate sanitation. Unsafe water, sanitation and hygiene results in18,000 premature deaths, mostly of children, each year in the pan-European region

Soil polluting activities are of industry and military rendering land in need of remedial treatment. i.e. no longer suitable for habitation and harmful to life.
Large areas are heavily contaminated as a result of poor practices and accidents in various sectors including agriculture, mining (especially for uranium and metal ore), oil and gas extraction, nuclear power generation, waste disposal and recycling, the storage of hazardous chemicals, and at research and military installations, such as nuclear testing, bio-chemical research and rocket launching sites.

We have become addicted to explosions.
The mainstay of energy production is burning of fossil fuels. Transportation runs on controlled, small explosions and our military have developed explosive capacity to the extreme. The gift of control of the fire element gave the human species distinction and supremacy over other species, it has also given us, now, our downfall, and that downfall is directly related to the concept of supremacy.

Energy Sourcing and security can be transformed. Anti Gravity and Over Unity technologies are already functional and proven. Refinement of delivery will be an on-going process. ZeroPoint Technologies still require intensive investment in R&D. Proof of principle has been accomplished; therefore it can only be a matter of time before a functional device is delivered.

The Center for Advance Research on Language Acquisition defines culture as shared patterns of behaviors and interactions, cognitive constructs and understanding that are learned by socialization. Thus, it can be seen as the growth of a group identity fostered by social patterns unique to the group.
Most commonly culture is defined as the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively.

Fractional Reserve Banking is the sanctioned method of creating money and usury (application of interest on loans) is accepted without a second thought, and yet it is absolutely clear that contemporary economic practice is unsustainable.
Adam Smith, who wrote that the "real price of every thing ... is the toil and trouble of acquiring it" (The Theory of Moral Sentiment, 1759), established an economic model based on scarcity. Two hundred and fifty years plus on we still adhere to this archaic economic mind set.

Education begins with enrichment. Providing the mirrors for a child to know itself, within its environment in a way that serves the individuality of the child, and progresses to empower the child to express its uniqueness within the community.
Education is a life long process related directly to individual growth. Learning opportunity could be culturally integrated to meet the varying learning requirements of individuals within the change processes of growth.... Read More

The Environment is degraded by human action. From pollution of oceans, deforestation, desertification, fresh water shortage and related sanitation issues, air quality, soil quality and fertility, through to noise pollution, pharmaceuticals, toxic chemicals and industrial waste, our current collective modality is harmful to all life.

To manage a transformation that impacts the whole collective for the better, massive infrastructure change is required, implemented for smooth transition without destructive chaos.
Contemporary energy sourcing/supply maintains our dependence on combustible fuels and the petro-chemical industry as the mainstay of our transport systems and powering of industry and home. In our urban city lifestyles, we are an energy dependant people, expecting energy supply for the gadgetry of technological advance while dependant on extortionate and escalating fuel costs.
Resources must be directed to R&
