It is easy for attention to be consumed by the many dysfunctions expressed by the human collective at this time. It is not our intent to add to the noise of protest. In any healing process, be it individual or collective, awareness of the dysfunction is the required first step.
When attention is directed towards the dysfunction of 4th World entropy on this site, it is done so in order to promote awareness of the dysfunction and not to protest the symptom. Changing patterns at the level of cause will bring about an energetic transformation from human aspiration. A bright future drawing us forward instead of a bid to get away from that which is either behind us or is our current reality. This movement 'towards' short curcuits the need for a fight, which protesting at symptoms usually ends in.
The 'bright future' will not simply be given to us. It is up to us to create it.

The 70% Plan was originally composed to be delivered to the 18th World Peace Congress, Malaysia, October 2008.
The Plan was subsequently extended to its 80 page current form.
The plan outlines the arenas of collective reality that will require change in assembling a transformation of reality that benefits all people and all life. Transformation will occur as the 4th World (military industrial complex) goes through its inevitable entropy. That entropy is our current reality.
A 'bright future' can only come about through the human determination to see it occur.
