Back in December 2019, Donald Trump, with complete disregard for the The 1967 Outer Space Treaty, brings 'Space Force' into being.
When Trump signed the National Defence Authorization Act into law, he also created the newest military service and the first new service in the US since the US Air Force came into being in 1947.

His attitude, as is common for him, is one of dominance and control. "Those who wish to harm the United States, to seek to challenge us on the ultimate high ground of space, it's going to be a whole different ballgame,"

If the US Air Force, Space Command, was already doing the job of militarising the use of satellites, rocket launchers and cyberwarfare, while the Army and Navy have their own space systems. Space Force is the intentional declaration of space as a war zone. (Which paves the way for 'full spectrum dominance').
The Space Force rides roughshod over all international agreements to ensure the peaceful exploration of space, and triggers a weaponisation of space race.
Why Donald Trump’s Space Force is both funny and frightening
|In response to the US, NATO declares space an ‘operational domain’.
"You can have warfare exclusively in space, but whoever controls space also controls what happens on land, on the sea and in the air," said Jamie Shea, a former Nato official and now an analyst at Friends of Europe think-tank in Brussels.
"If you don't control space, you don't control the other domains either."
France wants to develop laser weapons to protect its satellites. "Today, our allies and our adversaries are militarising space," said Florence Parly (French Minister of the Armies), speaking at a military base near Lyon.
"The timeline for bouncing back is getting shorter, we need to act. Yes, we will develop powerful lasers. It's a domain in which France has fallen behind."
Parly wants the force to be fully capable by 2030. It will receive a €4.3 billion budget.
"Space is now a warfighting domain".

And Trump ensures that this is the language that all will assume, insisting on billing space as “the next war-fighting domain". “SpaceCom will ensure that America’s dominance in space is never questioned and never threatened, because we know the best way to prevent conflict is to prepare for victory.”
The language of War
Russia issues the warning: weaponizing space would be a “threat to international security”.
Peace In Space
Space Force is turning the heavens into a war zone. This sixth branch of the US Armed Forces is being put in place in violation of a 1967 treaty signed by virtually all nations on earth. The Outer Space Treaty, formally the Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies, is a treaty that is the basis of international space law.
The treaty prohibits the placing of nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction in space. It limits the use of the Moon and all other celestial bodies to peaceful purposes only and establishes that space shall be free for exploration and use by all nations and that no nation may claim sovereignty of outer space or any celestial body. It treats space as a global commons.
The US falsely claims that it needs the Space Force because Russia and China are developing weapons in space. In fact, China and Russia are seeking to expand the treaty to include a prohibition of all weapons in space. The US has been fighting the proposed Prevention of Armas Race in Outer Space (PAROS) treaty in the United Nations that would update the 1967 treaty.
Keep War, Environmental Degradation and Profit Out of Space
Article IV of the Outer Space Treaty prohibits placing in orbit around the earth any objects carrying nuclear weapons or any other kinds of weapons of mass destruction (WMD). It also prohibits the testing and the deployment of any kind of weapon on the moon or other celestial bodies.
